Pizza Burrata Margherita
At La Mafia, sit at the table; we believe every gesture counts. That’s why we created our Solidarity Pizza. For every Margherita di Burrata pizza enjoyed on-site or delivered to your home, we donate 5% of the proceeds to the Portuguese Food Bank.

INIZIA inclusive hostel school
In collaboration with the Adecco Foundation, we launched INIZIA, our inclusive hospitality school in Zaragoza.
An initiative focused on what really matters: providing real opportunities for young people at risk of social exclusion and people with disabilities.
Through practical, personalized, and accessible training, we provide them with the tools to build their future in the restaurant industry.
Because inclusion isn’t a goal; it’s a journey that is pursued with commitment, professionalism… and a lot of passion.
